Take a look at some of the magical pieces I’ve created for others and be inspired! I make pieces from recycled gold or silver and can incorporate gemstones of your choice.

Glasgow Brooch for Ellen McKessock (that’s me!)
Materials: Silver, gold, ruby

Information: This one was a commission for me! My final project piece for my Silversmithing Diploma, the brooch represents my Scottish heritage, being my take on the Glasgow crest with the bird, the tree, the fish and the bell. This was a labour of love that I proudly wore on my arisaid at my son’s wedding. Look closely for the ring, the setting for the robin’s red breast and the clapper in the bell, all tiny pieces added in gold.

Heavy Torque Arm Cuff for JB
Materials: Silver, copper and red garnet

Information: An emotional piece reflecting my client’s family with entwined silver and copper and lovely deep red garnets representing two January babies.

Torque Arm Cuff for SS
Materials: Sterling silver

Information: A birthday gift for a man who doesn’t wear jewellery! The Celtic knot finials resonate with his Irish roots and I am reliably informed he wears it proudly all the time.
